      Core Responsibilities:

      1. Mechanical Systems Supervision: Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems related to water supply infrastructure, such as pumps, valves, and piping.
      2. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control protocols to ensure mechanical components meet relevant industry and safety standards.
      3. Consultation & Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Director, Resident Engineer, and other team members to ensure that the mechanical aspects are well-integrated into the overall project design and execution.
      4. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any mechanical-related issues swiftly to prevent delays and maintain quality standards.
      5. Documentation: Keep meticulous records of mechanical designs, tests, and compliance checks.
      6. Team Coordination: Ensure seamless communication between the head office and the supervision team for effective project execution.

      Qualification & Experience Requirements:

      • Academic: A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering is essential. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications will be advantageous.
      • Professional Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, with a specific focus on water supply projects. At least 5 years should be in a supervisory or managerial role.

      • Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of mechanical systems as they pertain to water supply projects, including pump stations, water treatment plants, and other related facilities.
      • Leadership Abilities: Proven skills in team leadership and project management.
      • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities for both internal and external interactions.
      • Software Skills: Expertise in mechanical design and analysis software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.
