LAND MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST:

• Conducting economic evaluation and gathering all necessary information that could enhance the highest and best use of TRC properties
• Assist TRC in the development of financial analysis of projects; financial projection, ratio analysis, and the proposed mode of management that shall best suit.
• Preparation of a Detailed Planning Scheme in order to coordinate all the development of TRC land for sustainable green growth.
• Prepare TRC property management policy.
• Prepare and recommend the technical standards and specifications for the design of building works to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• Prepare pricing, tracking and tracing to ensure time deliver and operation of TRC intermodal terminals.

Qualification and Experience:

Land  Management  Specialist  shall  have  either  of  degree  in  Urban  and Regional Planning or Real Estate Finance and Investment or Land Economics or Land Management and Valuation or Economics or equivalent qualification from recognized institution. Having Postgraduate qualifications for the mentioned Degree programs shall be an added advantage. Must have a minimum of 15 years working experience in real estate or land utilization industry or related capacities with similar nature. Experience in land management of railway institutions in developing countries is an added advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory. Must be registered by the accredited Professional Board.
