A comprehensive Tourism Development Master Plan of Muscat that covers the whole GOVERNORATE, where new potential tourism sites and activities ought to be introduced in order to accommodate tourism premium activities for the capital of culture, however more detailing should be provided to the following areas that need to be studies thoroughly and linked to the comprehensive tourism master plan for Muscat Governorate: A. Al Urfan area B. Al Qurum area C. Willayat Mutrah D. Willayat Muscat.
